Dlanco Posted July 20, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2017 It's 12:54pm ET and for hours I've noticed that the RCCL booking site is throwing an indication that the page is down..... Anyone else experience this?;)

SciFiGuy1960 Posted July 20, 2017 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2017 One tip I can pass along on this that I learned from Matt of Royal Caribbean Blog is if you are using google Chrome click on the customize and control button in the upper right hand corner (three dots on top of each other) and then click on New incognito window or Ctrl+Shift+N then navigate to the RC site. This is what I've done since hearing of this tip and the RC site has worked every time. Hope this helps. Happy Cruising. Y.O.L.O. BOOK IT! :)

It might work. Give it a try. look at the top right of the browser next to the search bar click on the Firefox Menu (the symbol with 3 grey lines) and then click 'new private window' a new window will then appear with a purple mask

Clarea Posted July 20, 2017 #12 Share Posted July 20, 2017 That did work, thank you! What did you do? That's a link right into the booking part. I have found that the secure ("https") parts of the website work fine for me, so I can use Firefox on those. On the non-secure ("http") parts of the website, I have to use Internet Explorer. lambstew Posted July 20, 2017 #14 Share Posted July 20, 2017 i cannot use google chrome but firefox seems to work fine. Although today, I was looking at a cruise and they are requiring a deposit before I can pick a cabin. i have never seen that before. Is that because cabins might be limited. I was checking Navigator - 9 day around 4/13/18. I had checked this cruise a few weeks ago, and it said no balconies available. Today is shows balconies available, but won't let me see where they are.

Ocean Dancer Posted July 20, 2017 #18 Share Posted July 20, 2017 ocean dancer - thanks for the advice - I will give that a try!! Keep in mind that this site will/may have more cabins open than on Royals site. If you like a cabin, you may have to call to book. Good luck!
