Post-Cruise offers

Hello all,

 

We've just got back from a lovely two weeks onboard QV and are now kicking ourselves that we didn't look into booking another whilst on board.

 

Does cunard ever extend the offer of additional OBC once you return from the cruise? Is this something we need to wait to receive in the post or has anyone had successes enquiring on the phone to them?

You will probably get a welcome home letter with an offer of additional OBC if you book within a certain amount of time. We have had one on the last few occasions.

We had a letter after our cruise on QE last October. I was very surprised when I was able to combine a ship visit OBC, the post cruise OBC and the new cruise booked OBC! Result was absolute loads of OBC!

I'm afraid we did the same in June. I really hoped for a letter but just got the standard welcome home letter with no obc offer. Luckily we are back on board in October so I guess we will have to wait until then.

One more thing we do not get in Switzerland. No welcome back letter, no OBC when booking, no special offers. This is not fair.
