atabs12 Posted July 25, 2017 #1 Share Posted July 25, 2017 Hello, I have a terrible time getting a response back from my Cunard Cruise Vaccation Planner. I email and call with no success. This is the second vaccation planner. The first one quit and my booking was transfered to this lady. The first one also never responded. This is our first time cruising with Cunard and this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I did not expierence this with other cruise line I used before. Is this typical for Cunard? sand dollar26 Posted July 26, 2017 #3 Share Posted July 26, 2017 In all the years I have been sailing on Cunard ships, I have had cruise vacation planners who were terrific and one who never returned my calls. My most recent, an excellent and very helpful vacation planner, has been on leave. Whenever I call Cunard to ask a question or attempt to make a new booking, I encounter the rudest, least knowledgeable, and unprofessional individuals I have ever spoken with.
