Closest I've seen would be a mudslide.

 

Milkshakes (spiked or otherwise) are not part of any beverage package.

Like Clarea said, mudslides at any bar. I'm not sure about Anthem but I know on Oasis/Allure/Harmony at Promenade cafe we got spiked frappuccino type drinks that were pretty good

Yes, I was going to say Mudslide too. I have not had one so I can't say how good they are. I do remember a thread that dealt with calories in various drinks. That was enough to deter me from ever trying one of these gut busters.

Since you have the package, go to the coffee bar, you can have a Cappuccino spiked with Baileys, Godiva or what ever you want.

On our last cruise on Oasis, we would get a Mudslide at the pool bar, drink some of it, and then go to the soft serve machine and fill it with chocolate ice cream Yummmmmm.

You could get a shake at Johnny Rocket's and walk over to the Sabor bar and get them to through a shot or two of dark rum or Kahlua in it. :D

Except I don't think the JR shakes are included in the drink package which is what the OP asked.

True, but if the OP has their heart set on a real milkshake (spiked) aboard Allure, then it's an option.
