Unable to access account on Royal Caribbean site

Hi.

Is anyone having problems getting onto their account on Royal Caribbean. I am in the UK and have been unable to access my account to check in for the last 2 days. When I click on the link I have set up it just shows this message:

Oops... looks like royalcaribbean.com.au has gone on holiday.

Don't let that stop your holiday planning.

Call us on

1800 754 500 (Australia) or

0800 102 123 (New Zealand)

I don't understand why it is saying Australia or New Zealand.

Any help? I am new to all this.

Thanks

James

It might be a issue with your link (cookies). I am in the states, but did just put in the address listed in the error message and it pulled the page up. The address in the message says "royalcaribbean.com.au" the .au at the end is directing you to the Australian website which why you are seeing the Australia New Zeland tag.

I would try going to Google doing a search for Royal Caribbean, and click on the search results link. Good luck.

Just an update. I have managed to get onto my account by going though the American site .com instead of .uk. This seems to work. I don't know what has happened to the UK site.

I have been searching for a UK contact number for the Royal Caribbean technical department, but no luck.

I am going to try and check in using the American website and see if it lets me.

James
