Anyone else having issues with the RC website?

Hello, I have been trying to access the 'my booking' section for a couple of hours but it keeps diverting to the 'page on vacation' screen, is anyone else having issues?

Working for me. Try the the normal cookies, cache, browser, private, etc.

yeap - same here - goes to the Australian page 'on vacation' screen - this is when I try and access my cruises from my favorites. Maybe its a RC,UK thing ...

Must be working on it - initial log in page now appears, just that clicking on it opens an internal error page.

Hold - on.... no, back to the australia splash page again!

Let's hope it's down to because they're putting up some beverage, dining and internet offers!!

Worst website ever!

You are lucky now if you can look at any cruises at all occasionally using private browser lets me look for a bit. How can a company expect to operate these days with a website that sucks and is so horrible?????

I have different issues with different browsers....:rolleyes: Annoying to say the least! When it's time for me to make my entertainment reservations it better be working!

Still not working in UK !!!!! Can't get into manage booking.

Agree one of the worst websites/IT for any big holiday company.

Silly you. Don't you know that the moon has to be in the 4th phase and all the planets have to be in alignment before the website will even consider working right:rolleyes:

I'm looking at the Canadian site and I can't access my booking either. I get an error message to call. I've called and they said they are experiencing some issues.

I still cannot access 'manage my booking' can anyone else get into it in the UK ?

No its still down. Poor site, just like most cruise companies websites really...

I managed to access my reservation through the crown and anchor website but not thought RCI UK website. Weird.
