Danube Bike Tour

Has anyone ever done any of the bike tours along the Danube while on a river cruise? AmaWaterways offers an opportunity to bike from Durnstein to Melk - but it has been years since I've been a bike! Wondering about level of difficulty for this - or if another port would be a better opportunity? I am good shape -walk 3 miles a day on Colorado hills!

My DW did the ride from Melk to Krems on some bikes rented by Viking. About 30 souls. They all raved about it, even though one group got lost for a part of it. Route was very flat.
