Culinary Dinner Advice

Has anyone enjoyed this venue for dinner? We haven't been on HAL for three years and this is new to us. I do remember it was difficult booking the Culinary Classes. is it worth it? Is dinner offered every night or just once per cruise? If it is offered only once, is it just for those in the best suites?

Any info would be appreciated.
