Suite perks on POA for first time NCL cruisers?

I think that's just a disclaimer since not all ships have a Haven. Basically the perks listed should be on POA - separate breakfast & lunch restaurant, priority embark/disembark/tenders, butler, concierge, upgraded linens and toiletries.
