the2006Junket Posted December 2, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2005 Hi; Thinking far in advance for our 8/6/06 Millie cruise Venice to Barcelona....how do I make reservations for my group in the Olympic dining room and for spa treatments in advance? Call Celebrity directly? TA? Also...what has been your preference? Eating in the Olympic on an "At Sea" day or port day? Thanks! flagger Posted December 2, 2005 #2 Share Posted December 2, 2005 If you are a member of the Captain's Club, you call the CC number to make dining arrangements in the specialty restaurant 60 days or less pre-cruise. I do not think you can prebook spa appointments. This is where it is important to board early if that is your thing.
travelingmom37 Posted December 3, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 3, 2005 I'm not certain about the spa treatments but you can book the Olympic in advance thru the Captains Club. Probably not this early, but they will open reservations and them close them again 10 days prior to sailing. The restuarant is fantastic, we have dined there twice on seperate cruises. If you don't want to dress up an extra night pick the first formal night ( the second formal night is too much fun to miss). If not, we usualy pick an evening mid- week, when the menu tends to get weaker in the main dining room. Enjoy!
the2006Junket Posted December 3, 2005 Author #4 Share Posted December 3, 2005 Hi everyone, What if we're not in the Captain's Club (yet...we'll see what we think after our first Celebrity cruise!!)? Can we make Olympic reservations in advance? Many, many thanks! Lynne in Boston
CaptData Posted December 3, 2005 #5 Share Posted December 3, 2005 No, only Captain's Club members can. Has someone in your group cruised with Celebrity before? If so they are Captian's Club and can book for you. Spa packages can be booked in advance through your TA.
Rare Jim_Iain Posted December 3, 2005 #6 Share Posted December 3, 2005 On a recent group cruise our TA booked a reservation for the entire table of 12 for the Olympic. We had to break up in two tables of 6 in Olympic but it worked well. Most if not all the group were CC members.
