Yes American does

as does Alaska, Delta, Jet Blue, and United

I think your flight must be after 12 out of Miami and after 2 out of FLL to use the luggage valet service.

Southwest is included in the airlines that take luggage valet and yes, you can use it for Ft Lauderdale. The earliest flight has to be after 2 PM (or maybe even 3 PM), though. I honestly think it is 2 PM if sailing into Miami and flying out of FLL.

If you are on Southwest at FLL your flight must depart from 2pm to 6pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier or later and you are out-of-luck.
