Taste and Savor, the two small dining rooms would be your best bet. Later on a sea day, don't miss Food Republic.

What is your favorite venue for embarkation? I tried Taste on the Epic and maybe I ordered wrong but everything was so salty...is the pub any better? Too crowded? Opinions?

I always try to start at O'Sheehans even though it can be quite busy, but everything will be until the cabins open. No way around it. Nothing like some wings and other pub food with cold beer to start the cruise.

Taste is great for lunch. It's quiet, relaxed, not may people in there. Sit down and relax after what may have been a hectic morning. Order your first glass of wine with your UBP, and a grouper sandwich. It's pretty emplty, partly due to the crew steering people to the buffet. They even stand just outside Taste telling you the buffet is open. Not sure why they're open if they don't want you going there. We've gone on 10 cruises on ships with a Taste MDR, and had lunch in there every cruise.

They divert people because about 2/3 of the dining staff is assisting either cabin turnover or luggage or assisting in the buffet. They don't have the staff to support a full lunch service if everyone used it. Pretty much every line does something similar.

We always eat lunch at Taste or Savour - never had an issue with being turned away. It is a nice, quiet spot to eat lunch away from the throngs of people trying to get to the pool deck area.

We boarded in Group 3 , went to purchase Vibe passes then to O Sheehan's for lunch.
