Quench Beverage Package

I'm wondering how the Quench Beverage Package actually works. Is it tied to your room key or do you get separate card? My understanding is that if one person in the cabin gets the package, everyone has to get it as well. It's not that expensive, so if I have to, I will, but I wondered if I could "give" my package to my brother, who is traveling with us in a separate cabin.

 

Additionally, does anyone know if they serve Clamato on the ship? We're traveling on the Eurodam at the end of September.

Clamato juice is listed on the standard HAL bar menu so it should be available at any bar for $2.75.
