Scroll down, it should show a list of all your purchases and excursions. If you don't see the water you purchased, you should have gotten a confirmation email when you purchased it. I purchased the water in middle of July. I believe Carnival must troll these boards at night, cause this morning my purchase was there under my cruise details. It was not there before, hubby and myself have tried to find it several days .
