2tnts Posted August 23, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 23, 2017 I normally cruise with NCL and have a personal cruise consultant. My family is planning a family cruise that will include students. Therefore we are looking for a less expensive cruise on Carnival. Does Carnival has cruise consultants that will help with booking and be a contact for everyone? The person I talked with when I called the 1-800 number was not a help and basically said there is really no group cruises, perks or anything. Each person would just book and reference other booking numbers to select cabins in the same general area.
easyboy Posted August 23, 2017 #2 Share Posted August 23, 2017 You can have a direct answer if you post this on the Carnival Cruise Forum. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/forumdisplay.php?f=215 Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rare Keith1010 Posted August 23, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 23, 2017 I would also recommend asking on the Carnival Cruise Line Board. Keith
Sixtytwo Posted August 23, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 23, 2017 If you have a "group" of students, then, yes, Carnival does have a group booking department and you would need to speak to them. If you are only saying your family will need some advice on booking due to underage passengers, then any PVP (Carnival's equivalent to NCL Cruise Consultant) will be able to assist you. Just call Carnival and ask for a PVP (Personal Vacation Planner). Good luck!!
