Freeport beaches and Paradise Cove questions

Heading to Freeport on Majesty soon, and am going to be booking a snorkle excursion at Paradise cove (deadmansreef.com). However, when we return, I was thinking we could head to the Lucaya market for some shopping/exploring and maybe another beach? From the market area, are the closest beaches accessible by walking? When we return from Paradise cove, we would have to take a taxi to the market, but will we need to take another taxi to get to a close beach? If that is the case, we will probably just spend a little more time at Paradise cove and come back to the ship.

 

And for those of you who have used Deadmansreef.com, the excursions do include round-trip transportation, correct? I get so paranoid about missing the ship :eek:

If you are taken back to the port after snorkeling, you can get a cab, bus, ride into town. You pay round trip and its about a 20 minute ride.

 

The beaches in Freeport, Luyca, are right across the street from all the shopping. This is where you are taken ,the only stop. There are hotels here but the beaches are free. The shops are on the left, the beach is on the right.

 

Walk past the shops, stay left, and you will find cabs, small buses that all go directly back to the port. This is just past the shops. They will accept your round trip 'ticket' to take you back to the port.
