sfpd3000 Posted December 5, 2005 #1 Share Posted December 5, 2005 I was on Vision in 2000 and sodas were free in the dining room. I understand that this is no longer the case. I will be on Explorer in March, and my question is: If I don't get the soda card, what beverages will they have? Are milk and juice included or are they charging for those too? When my brother went on Celebrity a couple of months ago, he had a choice of lemonade, fruit punch, among other things. Thanks

Merion_Mom Posted December 5, 2005 #3 Share Posted December 5, 2005 You can still GET soda. You will just have to pay by the serving. $1.50 plus 15% gratuity for the can on my last cruise. (I wouldn't get the fountain soda - inconsistent taste)
superjerryw Posted December 5, 2005 #4 Share Posted December 5, 2005 Soda is the only "soft" drink that now carries a charge. Unless you drink several glasses of soda each day the soda card is probably not worthwhile and you would be better off buying an individual soda when you feel like having one. wrp96 Posted December 5, 2005 #6 Share Posted December 5, 2005 After breakfast, juice is only free through room service. If you try to get juice at a bar, you will be charged for it.
