booking from abroad

Hi i hope this is ok to ask , i live in Spain and i'm looking at cruises , i'm finding offers in USA like 2 one half price etc , that currently i don't see offered in Spain and i have seen some UK deals offering balcony for price of inner cabin with MSC , can anyone give me any insight on booking from another country ?

I have booked through US TAs previously and have a booking with one now. One thing to watch out for is that they do not include taxes or fees in the price you see. Another is currency fluctuations and as always make sure you read their terms and conditions so that you are aware of cancellation fees and such.
