Mixed messages on that. Some people have reported parking there. Others have said the folks directing traffic would not let them turn into the garage. Price may or may not be more.

There is a parking lot at the bow of the ship for cruise only passengers. A bit closer than the garage.

Sorry, I am a bit confused. Is this parking lot mentioned in the quote above the same as the garage next to the terminal? Thanks so much.

No, the lot at the bow is an open air lot for cruise passengers. The parking lot is a 3 (?) minute walk ( about a block away) and is open to anyone.

The link above is for a relatively new parking lot recommended by Massport for cruise passengers. The garage is what we have always used in the past and is little closer to the terminal. I was not aware that the lots next to the terminal were for cruise passengers. In reality all of these options are just a short walk to the terminal.
