Jamie Oliver's - what's included?

Hi! Curious what's included in the flat rate at Jamie Oliver's? On the menu, I see Starters, Mains and Pasta, "Anti-Planks," and Sides. Can you choose one of each, or how does it work? Can you order multiple Starters and/or Sides? Thanks!

Our waiter told us any sides/ appetizers but only 1 main. The waiter (can't remember his name but he is from Scotland and is a hoot) told us we could not order the ribeye as it was a terrible cut of meat. Lol. He also brought the pasta with truffle for us to try and it was my favorite.

All the food you want including more than 1 main. No alcohols or sodas, just like the MDR.
