crazycruzer68 Posted September 7, 2017 #1 Share Posted September 7, 2017 Lots of if's in this post, if our cruise is cancelled instead of waiting for a refund can we just switch to a different cruise, if ones available? Yes, I should call Carnival, but our trip is a few weeks out and I don't want to take the time that someone else may really need tonight Sent from my iPad using Forums
johnny75 Posted September 7, 2017 #4 Share Posted September 7, 2017 We have major cruise in a few days. Called Carnival for question on this cruise, surprise they closed all their offices and diverted calls to an overseas call center. Person on the phone had no idea what we were talking about. Thanks for the support with the hurricane delays. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Much more important than risking their lives to answer Cruise questions. At least in my opinion.. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

DisneyDatknee Posted September 8, 2017 #11 Share Posted September 8, 2017 But your cruise isn't cancelled... So what's the point in calling? Our cruise is in two weeks, but we are still doing it. Bought insurance just in case.
llachance Posted September 8, 2017 #12 Share Posted September 8, 2017 My PVP had everything moved to another cruise (Valor over Labor Day that didn't go anywhere). There will be a refund for the 25% discount. I got the exact same cabin and have already seen my FTF refunded as well as a couple of other things I ordered.
