According to Allure's Head of Housekeeping and his often looped video, we are supposed to get the points. You could be Diamond if this works out. Congrats on that.

$147 consultation. Great service Royal, way to take care of people in need. What a freaking shame. I can't even put into words how disappointed I've been with Royals' handling of these 2 hurricanes. It's radically adjusting my perception of them.

Probably only if others report getting the points and I don't.

And that's exactly what happened. In the past cruise page it showed up as 10 points for this sailing over a week ago but not reflected in the total points. A call to C&A fixed the issue and now the total reflects the 10 points. Others may never realize their total points is wrong.
