Atlanta Hotel with parking while cruising

We live in Alabama but we are looking for a hotel in Atlanta near the airport in a safe, easily accessible area that includes parking prior to a cruise. We have used a hotel in the Camp Creek area but we want to try a different area. I have looked at other CC posts/threads but haven't found anything about Atlanta. We drive to Atlanta to fly to Florida for cruises because it costs more to fly from B'ham to Florida and we have to change planes in Atlanta and end up on the same flight we would have taken from B'ham--at a higher cost!

stay as close to the airport as you can and be sure to check the hotel's rating on Trip Advisor.

 

Also Google.....Park Sleep Fly Atlanta....that should give you some suggestions on hotels that offer this service.

 

The area outside the immediate airport area is not good. We drive through there as fast as we can without stopping every time we leave the airport.:o:o

yeah, the area right around the airport is not good and usually is not very safe either.

We have, however, had business meetings conducted at the Marriots around the airport, and as long as employees stayed at the hotels and didn't venture out, they were safe.
