If your sailing is cancelled, how long does it take for Royal to apply the funds back to original form of payment? Also, would on board credit added with Visa Points be reimbursed?

5-10 business days. I've never heard of Visa points going back on the credit card.

Took 7 business days for Royal to credit my fees back from my recently cancelled Allure cruise.

Grr.....I hope they make a decision soon as our funds are all tied up to make any other vacation plans. Hopefully, an alternate plan will not be necessary.

I booked a future cruise from our cancelled Allure (same reservation #). I had Visa Points but they moved with the reservation. RC did give me a number to call Visa about the points. I don't have it anymore, but give RC a call.
