johnrich Posted October 4, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 4, 2017 Looking for ideas for Falmouth for DMIL (83) and DW and I (40s). She can walk short distances but we may just push her in a wheelchair. We were there in 2011 but the port wasn’t even finished yet. Construction everywhere. So looking forward to see how it has changed since then. And back then she could get around much easier than she can now. We enjoy history, rum, and relaxing to name a few likes. Hannibal Smith Posted November 24, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 24, 2017 Hi - we are in the same situation as johnrich. Are there any tours or activities we can do with a senior? Was interested in Green Grotto Caves but not sure of the terrain, etc. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.
johnrich Posted November 25, 2017 Author #3 Share Posted November 25, 2017 We actually did the Falmouth Historic Trolley Tour while we were there. We really enjoyed it. We then spent two hours or so “exploring” the port. It was relaxing. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare Keith1010 Posted November 25, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 25, 2017 I would be very careful because of heat and humidity. Keith
