need2cruisesoon Posted October 5, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 5, 2017 We had breakfast there back in July. Low and behold we sat a couple tables away from Scott Cann during one of the filming scenes, pretty cool. The only downside was no picture taking, couldn't look at the camera and constantly being told to be quiet. I'll be taping a future episodes to see if I finally made it as a hollywood star.:D

Looking down the beach toward the small boat harbor, we could see a small plane sitting on the sand which we could only imagine had just done an emergency landing. Finally figured out they were filming a scene. You never know when you will run across a film crew in Hawaii.
Rare Keith1010 Posted October 9, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 9, 2017 Very nice. We stayed at this hotel in the late 1980's and revisit from time to time on our stops at Honolulu. Keith
wharf rat Posted October 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 30, 2017 The Hilton has a small store where they sell the "official" H - 5 - 0 things like film crew T-shirts and such.
