meggie00 Posted October 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 15, 2017 (edited) Hello, Been reading through the posts here and was wondering if someone could confirm/clarify this for me. We are going to be on the Carnival Glory in February and would like to book an independent Tulum/cenote tour. I have read that Carnival charters its own ferry to Playa Del Carmen, saving passengers the taxi ride to the usual ferry terminal. Is this the case? And if so - is it still possible (as it seems to have been in the past) to pay to get on this ferry without booking an excursion through carnival? Thank you! JohninDC Posted October 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 16, 2017 If Carnival charters it I doubt you can pay to get on it - you should head to the ferry terminal and buy a one-way ticket (there are two ferry companies - you might be riding the other one to get back to Coz).
