garycarla Posted November 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2017 If booked thru a TA can I go to my NCL account and pay the gratuities or must I call TA? What happened when you went to your account? Did it give the option to pay? And, before the vultures some down and start blasting, I am pretty sure you mean the DSC, right? zqvol Posted November 6, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 6, 2017 If booked thru a TA can I go to my NCL account and pay the gratuities or must I call TA? You should be able to handle that yourself. You can also book your own shore excursions, meals, etc. No need to go back to the TA.
tarps14 Posted November 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Log into NCL.com (if you haven't registered there yet, be sure to do that first as you can then control pretty much everything about your reservation, short of changing dates**). Then click into "Vacation Summary". Scroll down towards the bottom and you should see the section "Pre-Pay Service Charges". Click on the + button to the right and it should show you the option to prepay. **If you haven't already registered on NCL.com, after doing so you may have to enter your NCL confirmation number (should be on the receipt you received from the TA) for the cruise to then be coupled with the new registration. dab141 Posted November 7, 2017 #8 Share Posted November 7, 2017 If you book through a TA let them handle the booking, therefore if anything goes wrong or you need help the agent can full service your booking.
