IS GTY to a 5A...Not bad, huh?

GOTTA CRUISE NOW

Recommended Posts

Just checked my funpass page & saw my cabin # (as of now:) )

Booked an IS GTY, am assigned a 5A partially obstructed room.

I'm very pleased!

Now for the BIG question....

We booked 2 in our cabin, but 2 friends of ours (we're all single! ) are pretty certain they want to add on to our cabin. What are our chances of keeping that kind of upgrade? When I've looked at the online booking agencies, there are no cabins in 4A or 4B, 1 in 4C and 4D, and 4 in 4E.

As always, I understand the risks taken w/ the GTY. I will be thrilled just to be on the ship, but also understand that w/ 4 in a room, a "bit of air" from the outside would be awesome!

I dont understand what your friends booking has to do with your upgrade?

are you asking if your friends booked an IS will they get the same upgrade??

Personally with that-- depending on when you booked... and how much difference they will pay when they book... will probably get a bigger upgrade then you...

If the price is the same today as when you booked-- they will get at least an inside cabin.

Seeing it on your fn pass page-- if you go to carnivals web site..click on gifts. add something to your cart-- put in your booking number and THAT cabin number-- hit submit. If your cabin has truly been assigned-- you will see your names. If you are not seeing your names you might just be parked there.,
