I am going on it soon snd now they are charging for it but they don’t say what the food or entertainment is. falkensmaze Posted November 12, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 12, 2017 We saw “wine lovers the musical”. In May. If I remember it was $27 pp. worth every penny. Great meal, great Show, and wine tasting was fun. Value for money. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare BirdTravels Posted November 13, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 13, 2017 The supper club had been offering complimentary dinner shows with guest performers (varies from cruise to cruise). And one paid cabaret show per cruise. All dinners are fixed menu. The complimentary menu has been a 3 course menu. The cabaret has been a 5 course tasting menu. Sand and Seas Posted November 13, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2017 We've been on the Escape a couple of times and have enjoyed the complimentary supper club show. Light dinner and a show in about 45 minutes is a start to a good evening for us! The fixed course meal was OK, but you can always head to a MDR or O'Sheehans after if you didn't like it. falkensmaze Posted November 13, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 13, 2017 Surf n turf. Excellent service as per. Would gladly do it again. The tasting was synchronised with the three person Show and was a lot of fun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
CruisinHarvey Posted November 13, 2017 #7 Share Posted November 13, 2017 To clarify previous comments, there are multiple shows in the supper club. "Wine lovers, the musical" is a lunch show, and normally run twice each cruise. There's a charge for it. It includes wine tasting that goes along with the show, and lunch. There is one evening show dinner show, on Thursday if remember correctly, that charges also. That's the one evening show that you can reserve online. It's a 5 course prix fixe meal, with one of the cast members from After Midnight, that performed on Broadway, singing. All the other shows, which vary throughout the week are free. It's a cabaret, so shows change frequently. Most evening shows include a 3 course meal, but some don't. You need to check your daily, or check at the box office early in the cruise, to reserve your table.
