Does Carnival sail to Canada/New England from Baltimore anymore? I can't find any current listings. If not, when did they stop that route?

No, other than the two standard cruise offerings they offered some Bermuda sailings last year, we will see if this will continue, northern routes are from NYC. The one they did from Baltimore I remember was a hurricane displacement.

They won't be doing any or a very short season in 2018 from NYC either, due to the Horizon being the only ship being based there for the summer season.
