Edocs and On board Credit

Just received my edocs and everything I have purchased is on them apart from the onboard credit I bought? Should this be on my edocs?

it should be in the vacation summary page. edocs sometimes does not show this kind of obc

Neither does the vacation summary. Mine has only some of the OBC I purchased. Call NCL and ask for an amenity receipt. That should be 100 percent correct (less any TA OBC that may not have been purchased yet.)

The credit that came from NCL was not on my e-docs. And of course, the credit that came from my agent wasn't either. But they all showed up on my account once I was onboard.
