lilcruzr Posted December 3, 2017 #26 Share Posted December 3, 2017 Make sure you bring the empty bottle in your carry-on when boarding the ship. We packed an empty bottle in our checked luggage once. We had to go to the naughty room to retrieve our suitcase with the bottle! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

zitsky Posted December 3, 2017 #28 Share Posted December 3, 2017 I appreciate all the replies, but none of your links work. I'll keep searching and trying. Not a big deal b/c I found water bottles on Amazon. And I don't need it soon.
zitsky Posted December 4, 2017 #29 Share Posted December 4, 2017 You can get them at Walmart too. Here is a link to one. jdvmd Posted December 4, 2017 #30 Share Posted December 4, 2017 Y. I recommend NOT filling with your tap water. I was advised by NCL guest services personnel to NOT do this. FYI. Why?
zitsky Posted December 4, 2017 #31 Share Posted December 4, 2017 Yes and yes. I never dumped my water and I never had a problem getting back on the ship. I brought my empty to the dining room and asked them to fill it with ice and water (not iced water only). They did, happily. I recommend NOT filling with your tap water. I was advised by NCL guest services personnel to NOT do this. FYI. Haven't we been told many times that the water in the dining room is the same as tap water? I'd fill with club soda myself. Rare uneamie Posted December 4, 2017 #32 Share Posted December 4, 2017 This is what I ordered for our cruise in Jan. It is collapsible. Easy to store in luggage or backpack. When unscrewed it has a "wide mouth" for filling with ice etc. It is nontoxic. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0769C9N1M/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=

fredflint Posted December 6, 2017 #37 Share Posted December 6, 2017 For insulated mugs I usually bring this I can put a whole morning's worth of water and ice in it. https://www.amazon.com/Bubba-Classic-Foam-Insulated-Black/dp/B00YG9SQM0/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_79_bs_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=63MCYSXRFGM3GDET6FYR But hard to carry around but great at the lounger. Phych Posted July 2, 2022 #38 Share Posted July 2, 2022 Hey everyone! Just wanted to revisit this question and ask if we're still able to bring an empty water bottle on board.

DinaS Posted July 5, 2022 #41 Share Posted July 5, 2022 You can absolutely bring an empty water bottle on board. We've brought water bottles on board in the past - with water in them. Most times we had to dump the water. Once we took them through and no one said anything.
