editor@cruisecritic Posted December 13, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 13, 2017 Cruise Critic's Erica Silverstein just reported in from a visit to St. John, one of the United States' Virgin Islands and a hugely popular destination for travelers calling at St. Thomas. easyboy Posted December 13, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 13, 2017 Nice to know the situation is getting better. Hope it improves more in April. Thanks for the useful update, especially the need to bring extra cash. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Barry C Posted December 30, 2017 #4 Share Posted December 30, 2017 We were booked on the Norwegian Dawn San Juan to Eastern Caribbean. St Croix was the last stop. NCL switched a week before we left (3 Dec) to St. Thomas. Had to buy $320 worth of tickets for me and the wife on Cape Air (Cessna 402 8 seater) to fly to St. Croix for 4 hrs to see my cousin. They got hit just as bad as PR. Fema gave free airline tickets to Puerto Ricans to fly to NY and Miami. No such free offers to Virgin Islanders. I guess there aren't any Virgin Island communities in the US nor are US Virgin Islanders democrats.
