Departure day flight question

I have the choice of choosing a 3 pm or 6:30 pm flight home. Would you recommend the later one? This is out of Miami, with a Carnival cruise. I would prefer the earlier one, but am wondering how long it would take to disembark and get to the airport, and not cut it too close. This is on Sunday March 5th.

Since you say you prefer the 3pm flight, then by all means, book it. Carnival suggests that outbound flights leave no earlier than 1pm or some places 2pm, so you should be covered very nicely. It's those flights around noonish that are so iffy.

A 3 PM flight is a great flight.

 

That way you can get home and sit back and have a cocktail wishing you were still on the ship.
