My cynical guess: Of course, because nbe24 is simply advertising.

nop i m not promoting the website, but wanna advise all fellow both novice and experienced divers to have a look. Recently my friends bought dive package to Phi Phi Island with them and found a good deal. They still raved about dive service which they provided was quite nice and dive guide was skillful. They went there on last November, during that time a visibility was good 10-25 meter plus dive site Hin Daeng was very spectacular.
