Carnival Legend Dinner

A newby to Carnival question. I've looked through all their documentation and the website and can't find an answer. Do they have a set time dining option for the MDR or is it all anytime? We're on the legend out of Melbourne in Feb and we have a reasonably large group.

They have both. The lower section of the MDR is traditional dining, early and late sittings. The upper section is Anytime dining.

 

You should be able to see which you have been booked into somewhere in your booking documentation.

 

Traditional dining is probably best if your group wants to sit together each night.

Early sitting should be either 5:30 or 5:45; late sitting 7:30 or 7:45. If downstairs you will get singing dancing with the waiters. the food is very good for a Australian cruise.. Enjoy!!

I would also try for traditional dining for a large group. Your travel agent should have asked you when you booked what your preference was. If you don't have kids go for late dining if you can. ;) We loved the food and service in the MDR on Legend.

Andrew! It's Lisa here. I assume my parents have advised that we're all doing late dining on the cruise?

When we booked we made a permanent night time booking for 7:45pm , it was stamped on our cruise card, it was a fun ship with singing and dancing waiters. If you dont like the MDR, then you can have 24 hour pizza and ice cream.
