Louisiana ladies need some advice for Costa Maya

What to do in Costa Maya after our 4 hr ruins tour?? We would love some suggestions for a nice, safe beach area that sells food and drinks for my group of fun loving Cajun ladies [emoji4]. We will be sailing on the NCL Pearl in mid February. What is the weather like in mid February in the Caribbean? We love to sunbathe, swim, and snorkel!!
