Royal Palms closing?

I read a post on TA that Royal Palms is set to close....no date was given. Anyone else read anything about this?

Rumour has it that the new owners, Dart, want to build a hotel on that chunk of land. They're the ones that own Camana Bay, and are building an overpass to connect it with SMB. However, the overpass extension that will facilitate that hasn't been approved by Planning yet, and no hotel plans have even been submitted let alone approved. I'd guess they're a long way from closing, but nothing official has been announced.
