Is it possible?

Difficult on your own, even with a rental car. They're at opposite sides of the island by land. Turtle farm is about 20 min west of the port, and Starfish Beach is about an hour east-ish. Wouldn't give you much time at either spot, unless you're in port for a longer day.

You might be able to do both if you did an excursion to Stingray City and Starfish Beach by water, with the turtle farm either before or after. Starfish Beach is much closer to the port by water.

There's no guarantees of a ton of starfish, you know, right? Over the last two weeks I've seen just the same one starfish in the water by our place (a 10 minute walk around the cove from Starfish Beach). Not something I'd drive an hour each way to see.
