Also what type of electrical sockets and numbers in cabins, finally are the room hairdryers any good for long thick hair or should I bring my own. Rare KeithJenner Posted January 6, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 6, 2018 There are no kettles. There are coffee makers. On the Spirit there are three types of sockets, European, American and British. I can’t recall the numbers of them. No idea about the hairdryers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ozscotart Posted January 6, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 6, 2018 We haven’t been on the Spirit but on NCL generally coffee makers are only in balcony cabins and above, you may be able to get your steward to get one if you are in a different cabin. They are pretty useless for making tea though, I bring my own and I get boiling water in the buffet (or send DH with the teabags to get it). I also choose our cabin with this in mind. I believe they might confiscate a kettle if you bring one onboard, otherwise I would be sorely tempted ! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cb at sea Posted January 6, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2018 Bring your own hairdryer....most are pretty anemic with the "blowing" ...they get hot, but that's not the point of "blow drying"!
