Smoking on the Seaside??

I know this has probably been asked already but I remember that the reviews were not consistent so I wanted to ask it again. Are there designated areas for smoking on the Seaside or are people smoking all over the place? And are the designated areas enforced?

There is no smoking inside anywhere. The top deck does have a designated area.

What about in the open areas on deck? I have heard mixed reviews about people being able to smoke all over the open decks?

My understanding is that there is smoking in a section of the casino.
