Does Vintages still offer tapas? Do they ever have oysters?

I was on the Navigator over Christmas and asked on the first day about the tapas. The bartender said they would between 5 and 7 starting in the second day but I never saw any when I went back the other days.

There was snacks in Vintages on each of our 3 cruises on Harmony last year although we saw very few people eating here and personally i thought the tables were a little low so people had their plates on their knees.
