What floor is the Haven on the Gem

Just wondering if the Haven starts on the 14th floor or could it start on the 9th and 10th.

The actual Haven Courtyard (pool) is on deck 14, but there are Owner's Suites on decks 9 and 10 that have access to The Haven. Note, the aft and forward penthouses on decks 8, 9 and 10 do not have access to The Haven.

Haven itself is on Deck 14 on all Jewel class ships; however, OS are outside the Haven proper in forward corners on 2 decks (not sure which 2 decks).

The OS are on 9 and 10. Gem also has two DOS on 15 via stairs and the upper part of the GVs is on 15.

To add, the Gem has Haven outdoor area port side on 15 via stairs aft of the little Haven pool. The area has loungers and sunbeds.
