St. Thomas port open?

My hubby and I are cruising on the Glory on 2/3 with stops in Nassau, San Juan, St. Thomas, and Grand Turk. I believe that all of the ports have reopened following the horrific hurricanes last year...except for St. Thomas. I read that the hopes are for St. Thomas to resume operations some time in January. Does anyone know if Carnival is sailing to St. Thomas yet?

My PVP told me last week that his Mom had sailed to St. Thomas the week before we spoke, and around the port area all looked great.

Can't speak to other parts of the island.

I was on the Regal Princess the week of 12/10, and the port area was alive and well, with all the shops open. We didn't go downtown so I can't report on that. Megan's Bay beach is all redone, courtesy of RCCL.

Downtown was alive and well in December as well.

 

Were quite a few houses off in the hills with blue tarps on them signifying roofs still not redone

Looks like Carnival has started docking there again. All future cruises scheduled to St. Thomas should be good to go.
