Winter 19/20 Cruise Itinerary Release

I want to book the Meraviglia or Seaside over Thanksgiving 2019. I checked MSC’s website for itineraries, they are not out currently. Most other cruise lines already have their cruises released for Thanksgiving of 2019. Does anyone have any info on when these cruises will be released? Thanks for your help in advance.
