We will be cruising this March and since I have never cruised RC can someone answer these please? I have a sister who smokes so locations for her other than casino to smoke. Also another wants to drink soft drinks so is there an advantage to buying the package before sailing? Thank you in advance.

smoking on the pool deck on one side, and on deck 5 where the lifeboats are on one side of the ship, port side i thing right side when facing forward. Some times you get the drink packages on sale before you go would be my only reason to purchase a head. Sometimes they have 30% off ususally they send you and email offer but watch the web site

It depends how MANY sodas she drinks.....you can buy a can of soda whenever you want...but if you're a non-stop soda drinker, then the package is the way to go....even tho it's not really good for you to drink sodas in excess!

Port side is the left side when facing forward. I've not seen the soda package go on sale, it's been $8.50 per day both pre-cruise and onboard.
