Fashion advise please

I will be wearing a Silver formal beaded long gown for our cruise on Carnival. My question is I have a 7 yr old daughter that needs a dress to coordinate. My husband will be wearing a dark suit. What color dress would be best to go with ours? Would like it to look nice but not overwhelm mine since it is so pale. :)

If you are wearing silver, and your husband a dark suit, you can go with just about any color. What about pink?

 

Since you are at both ends of the spectrum between white and black, I don't think there is any color that will not match.

Also, maybe a peach or baby blue would work. Or pale yellow. Most any pastel should look good.

If you're looking to coordinate a bit - or blend with each other, I would get her a pastel dress.

 

I would choose one with a blue undertone such as baby blue, baby pink or lilac. I would stay away from yellow toned dresses like coral, mint or yellow.
