Rare countess5 Posted January 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2018 We will be on a B2B cruise starting next weekend aboard the HOS First B2B DW is asking questions that I have no answers. Bob to the rescue??? :D I have searched the threads but can't find specifics. We will just be in a Superior Balcony so no suites here. On the start of the second cruise: Do you have to leave the ship Where do we meet and how early Is there a breakfast or lunch served Is the Diamond Lounge open while we wait I heard they move your luggage to the new cabin, true? If anyone would be able to give us a feel on what to expect it would be very much appreciated! Thank you I
Clarea Posted January 26, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Yes, you must leave the ship. You will get details in a letter from Guest Services. Breakfast is always served on disembarkation day. Lunch is always served on embarkation day. Diamond Lounge is available 24 hours, though that will probably not be where the B2B cruisers are waiting. Stateroom attendants will move bags, but it's always a good idea to confirm with them, both old and new.
cruisegirl1 Posted January 26, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2018 I am not Bob , but.... also if there are enough B2B, there will be a luncheon. On Oasis a few weeks ago, it was in Giovanni's. . You can enjoy breakfast anyplace that is open that morning. There is no room service. We had to change cabins. Leave all the hanging items in the closet and only put drawer items /toiletries in your suitcases. The cabin attendant will move the suitcases and hanging items. Carry valuables ( items from your safe) and documents with you. If you do not receive the letter by day six, see guest services. You will have access to you cabin as soon as you are back on board. Enjoy the B2B M
rwisles72 Posted January 26, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2018 We did a B2B on the Harmony this exact time last year and we did not have to leave the ship. I think there was close to 200 b2b cruisers and we all had to meet in one of the dining rooms. We were told that the previous week also stayed on the ship on turn around day.
