Making changes on the Celebrity website

Hello to all of you,

 

Just one piece of advise: Don’t make any changes on the Celebrity website. I updated my address, and my OBC went off the booking, Celebrity now added it again. A couple of days I changed the cabin number and now my Captain’s club number is missing and I can’t add it again. Just sent email to Celebrity to add it again. Hope nothing else is missing from the booking now.

To be sure, like several others who have posted here about website issues, you may likely continue to do so. Most often your reservations are usually fine where it counts. If it is a Perk which goes missing etc., bring a copy of your invoice showing it with you either on paper or on your phone and things get sorted out.

 

No need to panic or be upset, it appears to be de rigueur for some posters, which can be found by doing a search on web or website etc...
